Press Release - Sentencing of Joshua Siedel

     Sussex County Prosecutor Francis A. Koch announced the sentencing of Joshua Siedel, who appeared before the Honorable William J. McGovern, III, J.S.C. at the Sussex County Courthouse in Newton on March 23, 2018.
     Siedel, age 24, of Frackville, PA, was sentenced to eighteen (18) months in the New Jersey State Prison.  He must also complete his GED and job training. 
     He pled guilty on January 18, 2018, to Criminal Trespassing, a crime of the fourth degree. 
     The defendant entered a private residence in Montague without the owner’s permission.
     Siedel was represented by Nicole Rizzolo, Esq. and the State was represented by Assistant Prosecutor Sahil Kabse.
