Press Release - Plea of Michael Cantagallo, III.

     Sussex County Prosecutor Francis A. Koch announced the entry of a guilty plea to an accusation before the Honorable William J. McGovern, III, J.S.C. at the Sussex County Courthouse in Newton on February 27, 2018 by Michael Cantagallo, III.
     Cantagallo, age 34, of Newton, pled guilty to Driving While Suspended for a Second or Subsequent DWI, a crime of the third degree.  Sentencing is presently scheduled for June 8, 2018.
     The defendant admitted he was driving with a suspended license for a second or subsequent time when he was stopped by New Jersey State Police for a motor vehicle violation.
     Cantagallo was represented by Shaun Morgan Russell, Esq. and the State was represented by Assistant Prosecutor Brent M. Rafuse.
