Press Release - Sentencing of Jack Elston, Jr.

     Sussex County Prosecutor Francis A. Koch announced the sentencing of Jack Elston, Jr., who appeared before the Honorable William J. McGovern, III, J.S.C. at the Sussex County Courthouse in Newton on February 9, 2018.
 
     Jack Elston, Jr., age 40, of Newton, was sentenced to three years’ probation, obtain/maintain employment, obtain GED, and pay fines and fees. Elston was given 17 days jail credit. 
 
     He pled guilty on December 18, 2017, to one count of Failure to Notify of an Address Change (a Third Degree Crime). 
 
     Defendant was represented by Thomas Militano, Esq. and the State was represented by Assistant Prosecutor Shaina Brenner.
