Press Release - Plea of Adrienne Wieladek

     Sussex County Prosecutor Francis A. Koch announced the entry of a guilty plea to an accusation before the Honorable William J. McGovern III, J.S.C., at the Sussex County Courthouse in Newton on February 5, 2018, by Adrienne Wieladek.
     Wieladek, age 40 of Highland Lakes, pled guilty to Theft, a fourth degree crime, and to two Violations of Probation.  
Sentencing is presently anticipated for March 16, 2018. 
     In pleading guilty, the defendant admitted to taking cash from her Wantage employer during April and May 2017.
     The case was investigated by Trooper D.A. Sappio of the New Jersey State Police.
     Wieladek was represented by David Nufrio, Esq., and the State was represented by Assistant Prosecutor Donald F. Cox, Jr.
