     Sussex County Prosecutor Francis A. Koch announced the entry of a guilty plea to an accusation before the Honorable William J. McGovern, III, J.S.C. at the Sussex County Courthouse in Newton on October 31, 2017 by Theodore Robbins.

 

     Robbins, age 30, of Milford, Pennsylvania, pled guilty to Possession of a Controlled Dangerous Substance, a crime of the third degree.  Sentencing is presently scheduled for January 5, 2018.

 

     The defendant admitted he was in possession of Heroin while he was driving a vehicle that was pulled over by New Jersey State Police while conducting another investigation.

 

     Robbins was represented by Steven Insley, Esq. and the State was represented by Assistant Prosecutor Brent M. Rafuse.
