Sussex County Prosecutor Francis A. Koch announced the sentencing of Matthew Fedroff, who appeared before the Honorable William J. McGovern III, J.S.C., at the Sussex County Courthouse in Newton on September 8, 2017.
Fedroff, age 37, of Madison, was sentenced to three years of probation with 27 days of jail credit. He was ordered to provide a DNA sample at his own expense and pay restitution of $1,088.75 and fines and fees totaling $155.00.
He pled guilty on July 24, 2017, to Criminal Mischief, a fourth degree crime, and Violation of Probation.
The defendant damaged a gaming table at the Keogh-Dwyer Correctional Facility on May 7, 2017.
Fedroff was represented by Thomas Militano, Esq., and the State was represented by Assistant Prosecutor Shaina Brenner.
