     Sussex County Prosecutor Francis A. Koch announced the sentencing of Frank Mondella, who appeared before the Honorable William J. McGovern, III, J.S.C. at the Sussex County Courthouse in Newton on May 26, 2017.

Mondella, age 32, of Sussex, was sentenced to a mandatory 180 days in the Keogh-Dwyer Correctional Facility.  He must also submit a DNA sample and pay $155 in court fines and fees.  

 

     He pled guilty on April 10, 2017, to Driving While Suspended for a Second or Subsequent DWI. 

 

     During a motor vehicle stop by Hardyston Police, Mondella was found to be driving while his license was suspended for a second or subsequent DWI.

 

     Mondella was represented by Steven Insley, Esq. and the State was represented by Assistant Prosecutor Laura Nazzaro.
