Press Release - Sentencing of Frank Introcaso

     Sussex County Prosecutor Francis A. Koch announced the sentencing of Frank Introcaso, who appeared before the Honorable William J. McGovern III, J.S.C., at the Sussex County Courthouse in Newton on May 5, 2017.

     Introcaso, age 55 of Hopatcong, NJ, was sentenced to 180 days of home detention and three (3) years of probation.  Introcaso was also ordered to pay mandatory fines and fees and to complete a mental health evaluation.

     Introcaso pled guilty on February 6, 2017 to one (1) count of Terroristic Threats, a third degree offense.

     On October 21, 2016, Introcaso was arrested for burglary and terroristic threats.

     Introcaso was represented by David Nufrio, Esq., and the State was represented by Assistant Prosecutor Nikoletta Agouras.
