Broderick, age 28 of Montague, NJ, was sentenced to three (3) years of probation. Broderick was also ordered to pay mandatory fines and fees and to continue his current counseling.
Broderick pled guilty on February 27, 2017 to one (1) count of Terroristic Threats, a third degree offense and one (1) count of Possession of a Weapon for Unlawful Purpose, a third degree offense.
On October 15, 2016, Broderick was arrested for terroristic threats and possession of a weapon.
