Benjamin Bloom, age 28, of Andover, was sentenced to four years’ probation, 180 days in the Keogh-Dwyer Correctional Facility, obtain a substance abuse evaluation and follow all recommendations, drug monitoring, obtain/maintain full time employment and have no contact with the victim plus fines and fees. Bloom was given 57 days jail credit.
He pled guilty on January 10, 2017, to Endangering the Welfare of a Child (a third degree crime) and Simple Assault (a disorderly persons offense).
