Pappas, age 24, of Sparta, was sentenced to 180 days in the Keogh-Dwyer Correctional Facility, with credit for 177 days already served. He must also submit a DNA sample and pay $155.00 in court fines and fees.
He pled guilty on September 1, 2016, to Driving While Suspended for a Second or Subsequent DWI.
The defendant was found to be operating a motor vehicle by Newton Police when his driver’s license was suspended.
