Regan, age 43 of Newton, was sentenced to two years of probation and 180 days in jail with credit for five days served. He was ordered to pay fines and fees totaling $155.00.
He pled guilty on December 12, 2016, to Driving While Suspended for a second or subsequent suspension for Driving While Intoxicated, a fourth degree crime.
On December 2, 2015, he drove a motor vehicle on Newton-Sparta Road in Andover Township while his license was suspended for a second or subsequent violation of Driving While Intoxicated.
