Hirallal, age 40, of Mine Hill, was sentenced to three years Probation on condition that he serve 180 days in the Keogh-Dwyer Correctional Facility, with credit for 79 days already served. He must also testify truthfully against his co-defendant(s) and obtain a TASC evaluation and follow all recommendations.
He pled guilty on September 26, 2016, to Possession of a Controlled Dangerous Substance, a crime of the third degree.
In September of 2015, when being questioned by Franklin Police regarding another investigation, the defendant was found to be in possession of Heroin.
