Rossi, age 29 of Newton, was sentenced to two years of probation. She was ordered to complete 90 hours of community service, submit a handwritten 250 word letter of apology to the victim within 30 days, make restitution of $375.49 and pay fines and fees totaling $155.00. If she satisfactorily completes the conditions of probation and incurs no drug-related charges, she may apply for early release after twelve months.
She pled guilty on December 8, 2016, to Shoplifting, a fourth degree crime.
She took items from the Walmart in Hampton without paying for them on ten different occasions.
