Land use/Build-Out Analysis
For Municipal Storm Water Management Plan
Available Starting February 14, 2006
The land use/build-out analysis for the municipal storm water management plan will be available starting Tuesday, February 14, 2006. This analysis was conducted by the Sussex County Office of GIS Management (SCOGISM), and is being made available to all municipalities within Sussex County free of charge.
The analysis is divided into two reports: Municipal build-out analysis and Non-point source loads at build-out. The municipal build-out analysis is at a municipal zone, HUC 14 watershed boundary, municipal level and the non-point source loads at build-out is at a land use, municipal zone, HUC 14 watershed boundary, municipal level.
The SCOGISM conduct the analysis using ESRI ArcINFO 9.1, ESRI Model Builder, and Microsoft Access. The data used in the analysis was developed by Sussex County, NJDEP, and various other agencies.

The data used in the analysis along with the model is available, upon request.
