Sussex County Prosecutor Francis A. Koch announced the entry of a guilty plea before the Honorable William J. McGovern, III, J.S.C., at the Sussex County Courthouse in Newton on August 23, 2017, by Kayleigh Haber.
Haber, age 26, of Branchville, New Jersey, pled guilty to one (1) count of Simple Assault, a disorderly persons offense and one (1) count of Possession of Drug Paraphernalia, a disorderly persons offense. Sentencing is presently anticipated for October 6, 2017.
Haber was represented by Steven Insley, Esq., and the State was represented by Assistant Prosecutor Stephanie C. LaCarrubba.
