Press Release - Plea of Roger Loder

     Sussex County Prosecutor Francis A. Koch announced the entry of a guilty plea to an accusation before the Honorable William J. McGovern III, J.S.C., at the Sussex County Courthouse in Newton on July 31, 2017, by Roger Loder.
     Loder, age 54 of Hewitt, pled guilty to Burglary, a third degree crime.  Sentencing is presently anticipated for September 15, 2017.
     In pleading guilty, the defendant admitted to entering a Vernon Township home on December 2, 2016, and taking cash from within the home.
     The case was investigated by Detective Stephen Gentle and Patrolman Adam Kraus of the Vernon Township Police Department.
     Loder was represented by Shaun Russell, Esq., and the State was represented by Assistant Prosecutor Donald F. Cox, Jr.
