Press Release - Sentencing of Stacey Aho

     Sussex County Prosecutor Francis A. Koch announced the sentencing of Stacey Aho, who appeared before the Honorable William J. McGovern, III, J.S.C. at the Sussex County Courthouse in Newton on February 24, 2017.

     Aho, age 39, of Franklin, New Jersey, was sentenced to 90 days mandatory home detention, 3 years probation, a handwritten letter of apology to the victims within 30 days, AA/NA Meeting Attendance 3 times per week, completion of an Anger Management Program, 100 hours Community Service, fines and fees, and ordered to pay restitution in the amount of $336.00.

     She pled guilty on December 19, 2016, to two counts of Aggravated Assault, a fourth degree crime and two counts of Resisting Arrest, disorderly persons offenses.

     Aho was represented by Leanne Healy, Esq. and the State was represented by Assistant Prosecutor Magdalen Czykier.
