Sussex County Prosecutor Francis A. Koch announced the entry of a guilty plea to an indictment before the Honorable William J. McGovern III, J.S.C., at the Sussex County Courthouse in Newton on January 4, 2017, by Mario Giorgi.
Giorgi, age 51 of Kintnersville, Pennsylvania, pled guilty to Burglary, a third degree crime, Theft, a third degree crime, and Criminal Mischief, a fourth degree crime. Sentencing is presently anticipated for March 23, 2017.
In pleading guilty, the defendant admitted that on February 17, 2013, he entered the Lafayette Mills Antique Center, stole various antique items, and caused damage to the property while doing so.
The case was investigated by DSG Shane Krisanda of the New Jersey State Police.
Giorgi was represented by Kenneth Glynn, Esq., and the State was represented by Assistant Prosecutor Donald F. Cox, Jr.
