Sussex County Prosecutor Francis A. Koch announced the entry of a guilty plea to an accusation before the Honorable William J. McGovern III, J.S.C., at the Sussex County Courthouse in Newton on January 3, 2017, by Henry Henderson.
Henderson, age 23 of Lafayette, pled guilty to Possession of a Controlled Dangerous Substance, a third degree crime. Sentencing is presently anticipated for February 24, 2017.
In pleading guilty, the defendant admitted to being in possession of 17 folds of heroin on November 18, 2016, in Lafayette Township.
The case was investigated by Officer Arlene Lippencott of the Sparta Township Police Department.
Henderson was represented by Leanne Healy, Esq., and the State was represented by Assistant Prosecutor Donald F. Cox, Jr.
