Sussex County Prosecutor Francis A. Koch announced the entry of a guilty plea to an accusation before the Honorable William J. McGovern III, J.S.C., at the Sussex County Courthouse in Newton on December 19, 2016, by James Rosenski.
Rosenski, age 46 of Hampton, pled guilty to Driving While License is Suspended for a Second or Subsequent Driving While Intoxicated offense, a fourth degree crime, and to the motor vehicle offenses of Driving While Intoxicated and Refusal to Submit to Breath Test. Sentencing is presently anticipated for March 10, 2017.
In pleading guilty, the defendant admitted to driving while intoxicated in Hampton Township on March 17, 2016, while his license was suspended for prior Driving While Intoxicated convictions.
The case was investigated by Tpr. J. Mercier-Blanchard of the New Jersey State Police.
Rosenski was represented by Steven Insley, Esq., and the State was represented by Assistant Prosecutor Donald F. Cox, Jr.
