Sussex County Prosecutor Francis A. Koch announced the sentencing of Douglas Domicolo, who appeared before the Honorable William J. McGovern, III, J.S.C. at the Sussex County Courthouse in Newton on December 2, 2016.
Domicolo, age 32, of Hamburg, was sentenced to three years Probation on condition that he complete 75 hours of community service, continue therapy, attend AA/NA three time per week, obtain a TASC evaluation if ordered and follow all recommendations and pay court fines and fees.
He pled guilty on September 19, 2016, to third degree Possession of a Controlled Dangerous Substance.
In May the defendant was in possession of heroin when he was found in his parked car, asleep, by Hardyston Police.
Domicolo was represented by Anthony Fusco, Esq. and the State was represented by Assistant Prosecutor Seana Pappas.
