Sussex County Prosecutor Francis A. Koch announced the entry of a guilty plea to Indictments before the Honorable William J. McGovern III, J.S.C., at the Sussex County Courthouse in Newton on October 17, 2016, by Allicia Cuneo.
Cuneo, age 32 of Newton, pled guilty to two counts of Possession of a Controlled Dangerous Substance, a third degree crime. Sentencing is presently anticipated for December 2, 2016.
In pleading guilty, the defendant admitted to possessing Oxycodone in Newton on January 10, 2016, and possessing heroin on September 7, 2015, in Hampton Township.
The cases were investigated by Detective Matthew Caine of the Sussex County Sheriff’s Office and Trooper B. A. Wawzyanick of the New Jersey State Police.
Cuneo was represented by Steven Insley, Esq., and the State was represented by Assistant Prosecutor Donald F. Cox, Jr.
