Sussex County Prosecutor Francis A. Koch announced the entry of a guilty plea to an accusation before the Honorable William J. McGovern III, J.S.C., at the Sussex County Courthouse in Newton on September 26, 2016, by Kimberly Vandermark.
? Vandermark, age 21 of Sussex, pled guilty to Possession of a Controlled Dangerous Substance, a third degree crime. Sentencing is presently anticipated for November 4, 2016.
In pleading guilty, the defendant admitted to possessing eight Alprazolam tablets that were not prescribed for her.
The case was investigated by Trooper D. J. Rubino of the New Jersey State Police.
Vandermark was represented by Leanne Healy, Esq., and the State was represented by Assistant Prosecutor Donald F. Cox, Jr.
