Sussex County Prosecutor Francis A. Koch announced the sentencing of Aaron Semanchik, who appeared before the Honorable William J. McGovern, III, J.S.C. at the Sussex County Courthouse in Newton on May 6, 2016.
Semanchik, age 28, of Lafayette, New Jersey, was sentenced to three years probation, Credit for 107 days time served, concurrent but not coterminous with Morris County probation, compliance with all Megan’s Law Requirements, $50 VCCO, $75 SNSF, $30 LEOTEF.
He pled guilty on March 21, 2016, to one count of Failure to Register (a Third Degree Crime).
Walters was represented by Leanne Healy, Esq., and the State was represented by Assistant Prosecutor Brent Rafuse.
