Sussex County Prosecutor Francis A. Koch announced the sentencing of Joseph Marino, who appeared before the Honorable William J. McGovern, III, J.S.C., at the Sussex County Courthouse in Newton on May 25, 2016.
Marino, age 47, of Blairstown, NJ, was sentenced to 5 years Adult Diagnostic Treatment Center, Credit 257 days time served; Megan’s Law Registration (Every 90 days), No Unsupervised Contact with Minors/No contact with victims, Parole Supervision for Life, Comply with the active Sex Offender Restraining Order, Fines/Fees $50 VCCA, $75 SNSF, $30 LEOTF, $100 Sex Crime Treatment Penalty, $800 Statewide Sexual Assault Program Penalty Fee, $30/Month Supervision.
He pled guilty on December 14, 2015, to one count of Endangering the Welfare of a Child (a Second Degree Offense).
Joseph Marino was represented by Janine Cerra, Esq., and the State was represented by Assistant Prosecutor Laura L. Nazzaro.
