Press Release - Sentencing of Michael Krajci

Sussex County Prosecutor Francis A. Koch announced the sentencing of Michael Krajci, who appeared before the Honorable William J. McGovern, III, J.S.C. at the Sussex County Courthouse in Newton on June 10, 2016.
Krajci, age 46, of Franklin, was sentenced to two years Probation on condition that he obtain his GED, complete 200 hours of community service, complete drug treatment and pay $1205.00 in court fines and fees.
He pled guilty on March 28, 2016, to third degree Possession of a Controlled Dangerous Substance.
In January of 2016 Franklin Police were investigating a possible theft. During this investigation the defendant was found to be in possession of crack cocaine.
Krajci was represented by Leanne Healy, Esq. and the State was represented by Assistant Prosecutor Donald F. Cox, Jr.
