Sussex County Prosecutor Francis A. Koch announced the sentencing of Terrance Cyler, who appeared before the Honorable N. Peter Conforti, J.S.C., at the Sussex County Courthouse in Newton on April 26, 2016.
Cyler, age 33 of Passaic, was sentenced to 364 days in jail, 180 days mandatory, to run concurrent to a sentence presently being served in Bergen County. He was given credit for 18 days of time served and 177 days of gap time. He must pay fines and fees of $155.00.
He pled guilty on September 14, 2015, to Driving While Suspended for a Second or Subsequent Driving While Intoxicated, a fourth degree crime.
On May 9, 2015, the defendant was operating a motor vehicle while his license was suspended for his second conviction of driving while intoxicated.
Cyler was represented by Richard Baldi, Esq., and the State was represented by Assistant Prosecutor Donald F. Cox, Jr.
