Sussex County Prosecutor Francis A. Koch announced the entry of a guilty plea to an accusation before the Honorable N. Peter Conforti, J.S.C., at the Sussex County Courthouse in Newton on April 25, 2016, by Kori Bodle.
Bodle, age 26 of Ogdensburg, pled guilty to Possession of a Controlled Dangerous Substance, a third degree crime. Sentencing is presently anticipated for May 27, 2016.
On November 6, 2015, police stopped the defendant in her motor vehicle. In pleading guilty, she admitted to having four bags of heroin in the car. The defendant also entered a plea of guilty to Driving While Intoxicated.
The case was investigated by Patrolman D. Schneider of the Franklin Borough Police Department.
Bodle was represented by Steven Insley, Esq., and the State was represented by Assistant Prosecutor Donald F. Cox, Jr.
