Sussex County Prosecutor Francis A. Koch announced the sentencing of Robert Misner, who appeared before the Honorable William J. McGovern III, J.S.C., at the Sussex County Courthouse in Newton on April 22, 2016.
Misner, age 28 of Mine Hill, was sentenced to 180 days in the Keogh-Dwyer Correctional Facility. He was given credit for 95 days served. He was ordered to pay fines and penalties of $155.00.
He pled guilty on March 7, 2016, to Driving While Suspended, a fourth degree crime.
Misner admitted operation of a motor vehicle while his driver’s license was suspended for a second or subsequent Driving While Intoxicated offense.
Misner was represented by David Nufrio, Esq., and the State was represented by Assistant Prosecutor Donald F. Cox, Jr.
