Sussex County Prosecutor Francis A. Koch announced the entry of a guilty plea to an accusation before the Honorable William J. McGovern, III, J.S.C. at the Sussex County Courthouse in Newton on April 4, 2016 by Sean P. Miller.
Miller, age 40, of Fredon, pled guilty to Possession of a Controlled Dangerous Substance and Defrauding a Drug Test, both crimes of the third degree. Sentencing is presently scheduled for June 3, 2016.
The defendant admitted to defrauding a Probation ordered drug test when he used a device he had strapped to his leg. During this incident he was also found to be in possession of suboxone by Sheriff’s officers.
Miller was represented by Leanne Healy, Esq. and the State was represented by Assistant Prosecutor Brent M. Rafuse.
