Press Release - Plea of Donald Unangst

     Sussex County Prosecutor Francis A. Koch announced the entry of a guilty plea to an accusation before the Honorable William J. McGovern, III, J.S.C. at the Sussex County Courthouse in Newton on March 21, 2016 by Donald Unangst.

     Unangst, age 44, of Hillsboro, pled guilty to Operating a Motor Vehicle During a 2nd or Subsequent License Suspension for Driving While Intoxicated, a crime of the fourth degree.  Sentencing is presently scheduled for May 13, 2016.

     The defendant admitted to operating his pick-up truck when he was pulled over by Newton Police for a motor vehicle violation and found to be driving with a suspended license for his third DWI.

     Unangst was represented by David Nufrio, Esq. and the State was represented by Assistant Prosecutor Brent M. Rafuse.
