Press Release - Sentencing of William Muller

     Sussex County Prosecutor Francis A. Koch announced the sentencing of William Muller, who appeared before the Honorable William J. McGovern III, J.S.C., at the Sussex County Courthouse in Newton on March 11, 2016.

     Muller, age 25 of Wantage, was sentenced to three years of probation with credit for time served of 92 days.  He was ordered to complete 25 hours of community service work and must pay fines and fees of $1,155.00.

     He pled guilty on January 25, 2016, to Possession of a Controlled Dangerous Substance (Heroin), a third degree time.
     Defendant was in possession of a bag of heroin while being processed for two warrants on December 10, 2015.

     Muller was represented by Leanne Healy, Esq., and the State was represented by Assistant Prosecutor Laura Nazzaro.
