Press Release - Plea of Bradley Van Dunk

     Sussex County Prosecutor Francis A. Koch announced the entry of a guilty plea to an accusation before the Honorable William J. McGovern III, J.S.C., at the Sussex County Courthouse in Newton on March 9, 2016, by Bradley Van Dunk.

     Van Dunk, age 32 of Oak Ridge, pled guilty to Theft of Lost Property, a third degree crime.  Sentencing is presently anticipated for April 29, 2016.

     On November 5, 2014, Van Dunk and several co-defendants came into possession of a safe owned by another and then opened it and shared the money found inside.

     The case was investigated by Detective Shaun Fitzgerald of the Vernon Township Police Department.

     Van Dunk was represented by Mark Francis, Esq., and the State was represented by Assistant Prosecutor Donald F. Cox, Jr.
