Sussex County Prosecutor Francis A. Koch announced the entry of a guilty plea to an accusation before the Honorable William J. McGovern III, J.S.C., at the Sussex County Courthouse in Newton on March 7, 2016, by Robert Misner.
Misner, age 28 of Mine Hill, pled guilty to Driving While Suspended, a fourth degree crime. Sentencing is presently anticipated for April 22, 2016.
On October 24, 2015, Misner was stopped by police and issued a motor vehicle summons. Upon review of the defendant’s motor vehicle abstract, a Summons was issued charging Driving while Suspended. In pleading guilty, the defendant admitted to driving during a two-year suspension for his second or subsequent Driving While Intoxicated offense.
The case was investigated by Sgt. Charles Zweigle of the Stanhope Police Department.
Misner was represented by David Nufrio, Esq., and the State was represented by Assistant Prosecutor Donald F. Cox, Jr.
