March 7, 2016

Sussex County Prosecutor Francis A. Koch announced the entry of a guilty plea to an accusation before the Honorable William J. McGovern III, J.S.C., at the Sussex County Courthouse in Newton on March 7, 2016, by Mark Forlenza.

The case was investigated by Patrolman William Grissom of the Franklin Borough Police Department.

Forlenza was represented by Santo Bonanno, Esq., and the State was represented by Assistant Prosecutor Donald F. Cox, Jr.
