GAIL PHOEBUS

Freeholder Phoebus was elected to the Board of Chosen Freeholders in November, 2012. Gail and Bob, her husband of 38 years, reside in Andover Township and have two daughters and are the proud grandparents of a granddaughter. She and her husband own and operate the Farmstead Golf & Country Club.
A native of Sussex County, Freeholder Phoebus first became involved in public service as a founding member of the Andover Township Economic Growth Committee. She is a former member of the Andover Township Committee, where she also served as Mayor.
Freeholder Phoebus is a graduate of Newton High School and Centenary College. Gail is also active in the community through her continued involvement with local charitable organizations.
