Press Release - Sentencing of Joshua Mueller

     Sussex County Prosecutor Francis A. Koch announced the sentencing of Joshua Mueller, who appeared before the Honorable William J. McGovern III, J.S.C., at the Sussex County Courthouse in Newton on April 17, 2018.
     Mueller, age 24 of Vernon, NJ, was sentenced to three (3) years probation and ordered to pay mandatory fines and fees. Mueller also received fourteen (14) days jail credit. 
     Mueller pled guilty on October 30, 2017 to two (2) counts of Burglary, third degree offenses. In May, 2014, Mueller entered multiple vehicles in the Township of Vernon and removed various items from within.
     Mueller was represented by Steven Insley, Esq., and the State was represented by Assistant Prosecutor Brent Rafuse.
