Sussex County Prosecutor Francis A. Koch announced the sentencing of Thomas Costanzo, who appeared before the Honorable William J. McGovern III, J.S.C., at the Sussex County Courthouse in Newton on November 17, 2017.
Costanzo, age 29 of Dingmans Ferry, Pennsylvania, was sentenced to three years of probation. He was ordered to complete conditions as previously ordered and pay fines and fees totaling $1,205.00.
He pled guilty on October 10, 2017, to Possession of a Controlled Dangerous Substance, a third degree crime.
Defendant was in possession of 17 bags of heroin on June 13, 2015, in Sparta Township.
Costanzo was represented by Steven Insley, Esq., and the State was represented by Assistant Prosecutor Jerome Neidhardt.
