Press Release - Sentencing of Roger Loder

     Sussex County Prosecutor Francis A. Koch announced the sentencing of Roger Loder, who appeared before the Honorable William J. McGovern III, J.S.C., at the Sussex County Courthouse in Newton on September 22, 2017.
     Loder, age 54 of Hewitt, was sentenced to three years of probation and 30 days of home detention.  He was ordered to write a 200 word letter of apology and pay restitution of $600.00 and fines and fees totaling $155.00.
     He pled guilty on July 31, 2017, to Burglary, a third degree crime.
     The defendant entered a Vernon Township home on December 2, 2016, and took cash from within the home.
     Loder was represented by Shaun Russell, Esq., and the State was represented by Assistant Prosecutor Stephanie LaCarrubba.
