Press Release - Sentencing of Thaddeus Licata

     Sussex County Prosecutor Francis A. Koch announced the sentencing of Thaddeus Licata, who appeared before the Honorable William J. McGovern, III, J.S.C., at the Sussex County Courthouse in Newton on September 8, 2017.
     Licata, age 32, of Andover, New Jersey, was sentenced to two years probation, to run concurrent with Morris County probation (3 years on July 28, 2017), TASC evaluation, follow recommendations, fines/fees, DNA sample. 
     He pled guilty on July 7, 2017, to one count of Possession of a Controlled Dangerous Substance (a Third Degree Crime).
     Licata was represented by Thomas Militano, Esq., and the State was represented by Assistant Prosecutor Shaina Brenner.
