Press Release - Sentencing of Robert McMickle

     Sussex County Prosecutor Francis A. Koch announced the sentencing of Robert McMickle, who appeared before the Honorable William J. McGovern III, J.S.C., at the Sussex County Courthouse in Newton on August 22, 2017.
     McMickle, age 60 of Sussex, NJ, was sentenced to two (2) years’ probation. McMickle must also complete a mental health evaluation and pay mandatory fines and fees. 
     McMickle pled guilty on July 31, 2017 to one (1) count of contempt, a disorderly persons offense. 
     On June 6, 2017, McMickle was arrested for contempt and possession of an imitation firearm.   
     McMickle was represented by Shaun Morgan Russell, Esq., and the State was represented by Assistant Prosecutor Stephanie C. LaCarrubba.
