Press Release - Sentencing of Timothy Figueroa

     Sussex County Prosecutor Francis A. Koch announced the entry of a guilty plea and sentence before the Honorable William J. McGovern, III, J.S.C., at the Sussex County Courthouse in Newton on June 28, 2017, by Timothy Figueroa.
     Figueroa, age 44, of Dover, New Jersey, pled guilty to one (1) count of shoplifting, a fourth degree offense. Figueroa was sentenced to 95 days in the Keough Dwyer Correctional Facility and was credited with 95 days’ time served. He was also ordered to pay restitution and mandatory fines and fees.
     Figueroa was represented by Thomas Militano, Esq., and the State was represented by Assistant Prosecutor Shaina Brenner.
