An introduction to the rights and responsibilities of parents of children with special needs
the Individuals with Disabilities Education Act (IDEA), the New Jersey Code, and Section 504

Learn to identify your dreams and goals for your children, and the laws and advocacy strategies that will help your children reach these goals.
Professionals will benefit as well.
